“Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. La ubicación……

“Hotel parfaitement situé. Très agréable. Parfaitement entretenu. Personnel agréable et attentif. Pour les séjours en hiver, il manque une piscine intérieure chauffée et espace Spa (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) mais ce n'est pas la vocation de ce lieu je pense. Ce qui existe est déjà top. C'est un sans faute !”

“Our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Clean throughout. Friendly staff. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choice. 5 minute walk to the beach. 200 metres from nearest bus stop.”

“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……

“Check in staff lovely. Room extremely basic. Walls like paper and next door were up all night and we could hear what they were talking about through the walls. Enamel on bath coming off showing black holes. Beds like rocks. No AC and fan requested was charged for. Thank goodness we were staying only one night”

“Booking was simple, finding it was easy, great location (maybe not if you have mobility issues) and want to go to the front all the time. The pool was lovely, enough loungers although I don’t think the place was full so not sure what it would be like in the height of season (we visited beginning of May). Our room was very clean. Towels changed and bed made most days. The fan in the room was useless it was very hot at the time we visited but otherwise I suppose we can’t complain as it wasn’t sold……

“We loved these apartments, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed comfy, good sleep, sofa comfy, kitchen so much better equipped, even has a blender! “The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the……
