Our stay here was fine. It just did not blow us away as we were expecting with a 4 star upgraded experience. Not sure that we would come back but it was comfortable for the time we were there. Very nice pool areas, loved the adults only pool. Happy hour was good. Lots of outdoor seating.

Warren at the pool bar was amazing, and Daren was as well. They were both super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better staff. The hotel is beautiful! We loved the infinity pool and greenery on the property. My only complaint would be the dining service in the evening and cleanliness of the rooms. Our first room was not clean at all, the property moved us to a somewhat cleaner room. The second room was not the best either, the floor with filthy, and had a light unpleasant odor as well. I think the rooms could benefit from a deep clean and a good mopping.

While not easy to access (car recommend) the unique location of the property allows you to see a lot of animals - we had monkeys in our balcony, saw toucan , parrots , hummingbirds and sloths within the property - this was a plus in our trip and the kids loved it. There is a family pool with a side bar and one adult pool. Is 15 min away from Manuel Antonio National Park and has a private path to Biesanz Beach. The staff is very friendly. Stayed in a double king with balcony -Room was spacious with full kitchen and big balcony while bathrooms could use some improvement. Breakfast was good and fresh. I will stay again with no doubt.

The service was impeccable from check in to check out. Leo made us feel so welcome the moment we walked in the door. The location is secluded away from the town and had its own beach access to Bisaenz which has limited parking on its own. There are a ton of animals including monkeys, iguanas, toucans on the property itself you can view from the restaurant. The breakfast options were great and this is best location we stayed at in our entire visit.

This resort has everything you possibly can think about. It has breakfast, pools, and so much more. The room is huge and has a big balcony. Easy parking. You also get monkeys on your balcony. There is a trail that leads you to a private beach. Friendly staff. Totally would recommend stay here.

This hotel is on a steep hill, but the staff is very helpful in getting around with the golf carts they have on-site. Access to the beach is contained within the property, although the beach itself is a little commercialized (non-hotel people offering chairs for rent and selling souvenirs). The restaurant was lovely and the hotel itself is not too far from some very nice restaurants. The room was also very nice. As the staff mention - BEWARE of monkeys!! They WILL enter your room if you do not lock the door. We were lucky to catch them before they took anything.
