"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"This trip was great for a group of us wanting to stay in the same place. It provided us plenty of space to cook meals, rest, and play in our own private pool. It is part of a larger resort with access to several larger pools, activities, food, drinks, and beach. It is a full house with fridge, kitchen, grill, and dining room table. "This was my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely be back! The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need, even if they’re a little bit old. The pools and the beach are amazing — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. But honestly, the best part of this resort is the staff. Everyone I met was super friendly and attentive. Elías at breakfast, Martín at the bar, and Moises at Palmar Market really stood out — they’re all so kind, fun, and great at what they do. They made my stay extra special! "
