“Not impressed. Staff was not very communicative, and we had horrible issues with parking. When we arrived we were texted that starting the next day we would have to move our vehicle from a parking spot on the premises to 'somewhere else' for the remainder of our stay due to a special event. We had no advanced notice that this would be happening. Unfortunately we ended up having to find a pay lot that allowed overnight parking which was not easy in Key West during Songwriter's Fest! We had to……

“The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.”

“Can’t beat the location. Room was great. My only complaint is the towels were thin and cheap. Definitely bring headphones or earplugs….you can hear others moving around and traffic outside. Had to park about 1/2 mile away but that’s expected with the location.”

“This particular room hidden behind the rum saloon was delightful! Plenty of towels, a refrigerator large enough to hold our bottled waters and leftovers, a very comfortable bed, and a cute sitting area to watch critters peeping in or you watching people walking by. Theres a coffee shop conveniently across the street or you can walk down Duval to Circle K for cheap coffee or make it in your room with the Keurig. The short walk to the south point marker makes it very convenient!”
