“This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location……

“Management seemed less interested in the guests. He refused to respect the fact that our reservation included breakfast even after showing them the reservation as proof. And they were very rude in doing so. The rooms do not have running hot water. On site restaurant offers decent food, but half the Limited menu was not available. Rooms were clean, but overall experience was very poor. There are many better run properties around for similar rates.”

“A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. ”

“We had booked for two nights 3 deluxe bedrooms all of which were dirty poorly and maintained. We were there for a wedding weekend and they were fully booked and they didn’t have any rooms to move us to. They said they may be able to move us the following day. All the rooms had dirty with black moldy bathrooms and disgusting shower curtains. 1 of the rooms also had disgusting marks on the headboard. All the rooms had filthy lampshades. I complained straight away they attempted to clean 1 of……

“旧市街の小さなホテルです。スタッフさんは皆感じよく部屋についての説明など丁寧にしてくれました。建物が古いので設備も年季が入っていますが使用には支障ないです。電気ポットや紅茶セットがお部屋にあるのも嬉しいポイントです。原因は不明ですがチェックアウト前日の夜中からWiFiが使えなくなって困りました。それ以外はとても快適に過ごすことができたのでよかったです”
