“Great location close to shopping and major highways and train stations. Quite location. Host was very responsive to questions. It was perfect for our stay.”

“Our stay was exactly what we needed while vacationing in Boston. Our host was gracious enough to even let us check in early. We had a ton of space and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”

“Enjoyed our stay.”

“Nice place.. very roomy... Clean and efficient!!! Highly recommend!!!!”

“Easy to move-in, location is good for traveler. The shower room not that clean, some hair from previous guests, just clean it can be manage by guest.”

“Great place for nearby Boston and driving around.”

“This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!”

“Well represented property. Well equipped and very good communication/information provided by the hosts. We really enjoyed the backyard patio area and also the use of a BBQ. It was a perfect place to relax and for our little dog to enjoy some open shady space. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot off the street. It is well situated close to the "T" red line transit (either walking or a short drive to the park and ride at North Quincy station). We used it to travel to Fenway for a Red Sox game.……

“Amazing stay in the best location! Would recommend and stay here again!!”

“共用浴室跟廚房都很乾淨，雖然是大家共用兩間浴室，不過不太容易排隊，所以蠻方便的。飯店位置超級好，景點都走路可到，離火車站也很近。房費跟旁邊的飯店比起來超級便宜，不介意共用浴室的人，真的非常推薦這間！”

“The room was clean and quiet.”

“The space was immaculately clean and adequately furnished. The location was great, right off of the Tufts Medical Center Subway stop. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to reply back. The bed was a bit creaky, and the wall ac units were loud for myself but not for my friend (who is accustomed to sleeping with white noise), just fyi. Otherwise, an excellent choice of stay!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. It is a beautiful property. Great parking. Easy Uber-ing into the city. Secure and safe. Clean. Plenty of room and sleep space. Communication was amazing and owner wss so attentive. Owner made sure that our experience was 5 star worthy. I highly recommend!!!”

“"Good communication during the stay and a comfortable place. Unfortunately, the experience was soured after checkout when we were held responsible for damage to a dishwasher we never used. I highly recommend taking date-stamped photos of all appliances at check-in and checkout to protect yourself."”

“There was a severe sewage smell.”

“Communication with the host was excellent - prompt, courteous, professional! There was plenty of space for our family reunion of 13 people, with two separate sitting areas so we could relax in smaller groups. The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms. We used public transit for our local travel, and this rental is very well situated for bus access that also brings you to the "T" for subway travel.”

“It was great host was so kind.”
