“預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。”

“Sehr schlechte Organisation! für 2 Nächte gebuchte Unterkunft Anfangs nicht verfügbar, da Schlüssel "verloren". Andere Hütte bekommen welche schmutzig war. Krümmel in den Schubladen, Kühlschrank nicht geputzt. Am nächsten Tag die gebuchte Unterkunft bekommen, welche vorher durch andere belegt war- also Schlüssel nicht verloren sondern falsch gebucht. Unterkunft war dann erst ab Nachmittags 16:00 bezugsfertig, zwischen Ou-und Check-in keine Sanitär-Benutzung möglich. Nicht mal ne Toilette 4……

“Our stay was magical. We enjoyed the onsite ATV tour and marveled at the canyon and river within walking distance of our pod. The sheep dotting the hills were a nice touch. We felt like we got to experience a landscape that was made just for us while we stayed.”

“Rooms and cabin were spacious and comfortable. Floors were heated and that made walking barefoot nice and comfortable within the cabin. Checkin process was smooth and worked flawlessly. Cabins were not marked clearly on the outside. That would have made finding them easier. Location was right off a major road and had proper signage leading to the cabins. Host was extremely communicative and reachable. He apprised me constantly with checkin process and other relevant pertinent information.……
