“Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side.”

The food was great, we recommend the scallops, duck and venison dishes. We stayed in room 6 which was lovely and a really nice ensuite bathroom. Very quiet and slept well so can’t complain!”

“The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good.”

“The location was really central and lovely, Though the bar across the street is a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us too much but if you're a really light sleeper it might be annoying. Check in was pretty smooth. We had the door code upon check-in but it took about 20 minutes for them to respond with our room code, which was a bit of a pain. We couldn't get into the room till 3:30pm. 30 mins after check in time. All in all we had a very comfortable stay in beautiful Inverness.”
