「We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. We went to dinner and got back to find it still not on and finally came back on 7:20 pm. The...

「Great staff」

「Good location. Pool was nice.」

「We stayed at building D Sapphire Beach Resort. Beautiful balcony and views. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and always had a wonderful breeze. Beach bar was just okay. Only had seating along one side of the bar. The beach in front of the beach bar and restaurants was nonexistent, very narrow. For some reason we weren’t allowed to get chairs placed down at the wider part of the beach because of where our unit was located. Because we were renting there we didn’t pay to rent...

「Excellent value for the price! Leah and Norma were very kind and great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Crystal Cove is located close to everything. Looking forward to our next trip out!」

「Clean, private, well taken care of.」

「View was amazing . Unit itself was very unique」

「It didn't have a refrigerator in side the room. 2. If you needed Ice you would have to climb 2 flight of stair. They should have one on each floor. However the staff members was willing to get it for me on to separate occasion The staff was pretty friendly if you needed somethinthey came right away. The room was pretty cool」

「loved the place and the area, second time staying here at saphire beach & will definitely stay here everytime we visit ST Thomas」

「Over all our stay was decent, the shower is MESSED up. One day you shower and the water gets boiling hot every 30 seconds to where you gotta get out. then the next day it wouldn’t even get hot. Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice.」

「Everything was perfect! Michael responded back to me within minutes to answer my questions that I had. Place was so clean.Comfortable bed.AMAZING VIEW, just absolutely breathtaking!!Cannot wait to return.」

「Rooms were clean and insect free, quiet atmosphere and beautiful view of island plus your in the middle of both sides of were the beaches are 6 minute drive to either side of the things to do, middle of the beaches which are located on both sides of the island and Quiet away from the busy streets and up high」

「The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and...

「Good stay. Some staff super helpful, others didn't want to be bothered. Free breakfast was delicious but couldn't be enjoyed in the privacy of our room. I may book again. The property was beautiful」
