「The view was INCREDIBLE, but otherwise this stay was a bit interesting. I’m pretty certain I got termite bites while I was asleep in our 1st room. We had to extend due to severe snowy conditions at home and second room kitchen was infested with ants. Road coming to property is a literal dirt road with many unsafe obstacles along the way. Also saw a mouse run across our floor. 」

「We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! 」

「Everything you need in one beautifully maintained resort. The staff were all kind from reception to restaurant staff to the beach hut attendants and the cleaning crews. Honestly, everyone we interacted with on the island was beyond kind, even our young kids made note of it on multiple occasions. 「We stayed just one night at the Green Laguna after returning from a week of sailing in the BVI. Lyndsey and Chase so kindly arranged our transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived exhausted. But we were so pleasantly greeted by the owners. They carried our luggage to our room. Gave us lots of tips as we settled in. 「The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.」

「Great location, nice hotel we had a great room with a view. The bad part, no help with luggage. A lot of steep stairs and uneven surfaces. Unless you’re in good physical shape, it’s a struggle. 」

「Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen!
