San Antonio Regal Alamo Quarry Hotels

"I made reservation of this hotel because they advertized they provided a shuttle service. When I called them at the airport at 9:20 pm, they said they only run the shuttle by 9 pm. It took for me to get the hotel 1 hour. The Miami airport was too crowd at night. When they assigned the room, it did not have hot water, and the room phone was not working. Using my cell, I told them the situation, and they said, I had to come to the office to get a key for a new room. My room was located at the most remote place. When I got in the new room, it also did not have hot shower. So I called the customer service of the Wyndham hotel to complain the situation because workers in the hotel were not kind at all. Once they received a call from the customer service, they began to be kind and finally give another room which had hot shower. It was almost 1 am when I took a shower. I was returning from a trip for Africa. Hotels in Africa had better service than this hotel. I was so frustrated and exhasted."

"This hotel has gone downhill since it changed brands. It was just okay before, but now it's just not good enough. The front desk staff is either good or bad. The guy that was at check-in was nice and explained the hotel in depth, but the woman at check-out couldn't care less and didn't even looked up. The food is mediocre at best and the juices are basically water. The cleaning staff just barged into the room even with the 'do not disturb" sign hanged outside when I was in a meeting. I've been staying in this hotel for years whenever I'm in the area, sadly this was the last time."

"Room was comfy. However the bathroom was a mess! Not cleaned, tub looked as if someone took a shower and it was not clean, rust in bottom of shower, toilet area just dirty looked like paint chipping away off walls in toilet area"

"I wouldnt recommend anyone staying at this hotel we stay their for two nights and the second night broken into maybe 30 cars on sunday earlier morning about the time coming out we had guest complainting about vehicles getting broken into and their didnt care the staff and we had call the police that their was alot of cars that got broken into the earlier morning so please dont stay here plus their rooms were very nasty too dirty sheets and comforter and also pillow case plus little mosquito and gnats flying around the rooms and restroom and stains on the carpets like blood was very disappointed in this crown plaza hotel ..."
