"The hall ways smelled like there was mold growing somewhere. The elevator waiting areas had a funky smell. Might be time to clean the carpets or replace them if you ask me. Didn’t bother with the pool. It was small and PACKED. Also, the shower in my room only had boiling hot water or scolding water… never thought I’d complain about not having cold water before. 2 out of 5 stars in general"

"Found two cockroaches in our room. The man who assisted us when we checked in was wonderful, but upon checking out we were met by three staff working front desk who seemed to be deep in a conversation that I seemed to have interrupted based on their faces. Elevators are definitely the slowest we have ever experienced, so ensure you use stairs or request a first floor room. Line to breakfast was definitely unrealistic, and it did not match the area to sit for breakfast. Overall, we will not be staying at this hotel again. "

"The hallway by our room always smelled like trash, the beds were terrible! It was like sleeping on a hard piece of wood, practically like sleeping on a hard floor. The parking was limited due to huge dumpsters blocking half of the parking. I made the front desk aware of the bed situation and all they said was that they would take down the information and pass it on to management but didn’t do anything about it! I would not recommend this hotel at all. It has been the worse experience we’ve had. "

"Beds hard as a rock, room dirty and dated decoration. Water marks on ceiling, leaking water in lobby halleay. Door to room had to be opened with shoulder becsuse it stuck so bad. Staff friendly "

"We stayed during spring break 2026. Negatives: The hotel was unfortunately down to one elevator during our start, but it was not overcrowded or terrible, and they almost had it fixed by the time we checked out. The surrounding area is not luxurious and tends to have a lot of foot traffic (some might find it 'questionable'), however the property has gated parking with an overnight security detail. This is not any fault of the property, just want to be transparent about the area. We did not find it to be unsafe or concerning in any way. Positives: - Free breakfast AND dinner - Great AC - Wonderful, friendly staff - Luggage carts - Nicely furnished rooms and top notch housekeeping - Temperature-controlled indoor pool, hot tub, and towels - SECURE. Card key access at every door. - Well equipped fitness center (did not use, but looked in) - Pizza Hut, smokehouse, and a 24/7 Mexican restaurant all on the same corner (1-minute walk to each!) All in all, we originally chose this property to save some money, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had. Kudos to the staff!"

"NO, NO, NO! I booked 3 nights here with my 7 year old daughter but only stayed 1 night. First off, the pictures (to ME) were not clear that these rooms are accessed from outside. Had I known I would have never chosen to stay here as it’s just not my preference when traveling alone with my daughter. We checked in late around 11:30 pm. When we parked two men came out of there room and were just lingering around next my car. I immediately felt uncomfortable! The room was not clean! Tub had grime stains, grime on the floor, hot water didn’t work, tv didn’t connect to any apps, one of the lamp outlets didn’t work so my daughter couldn’t charge her device. It just felt icky! We stayed bc it was late and my daughter was exhausted. Sometime in the early morning I could have sworn I heard someone Jimmy the door handle. I can’t prove it, but with the way I felt uncomfortable arriving I knew that we weren’t going to stay another night! Later that morning, I went to talk to the guy at the front desk and he was EXTREMELY RUDE! He was offended that I said I didn’t feel safe bc he has family members that have stayed there for months with no problems! I explained I personally feel more safe when rooms are accessed from inside. He then berated me telling me I need to look at the pictures next time and ppl break in rooms in nice hotels too! He did give me a refund for the remaining nights but I told him he didn’t need to be so rude! No apology just more attitude! Don’t stay here!"

"BEWARE! Most disgusting place I’ve ever been to! Entry door was dented in at the bottom so didn’t close all the way. Filthy linens, towels, chairs, bed, chipped paint on the walls! Not only that, but also had to kill a roach. No phone. Almost as if it were a prank or something."
