The clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and exercise room are only a short distance away. Rent a kayak in town and paddle around Salt Pond. If more activities are required, Rehoboth Beach (outlet shopping!) is just a short drive to the north along scenic Ocean Highway. Just to the south is Fenwick Island and Ocean City, Maryland which have almost unlimited shopping, restaurants, activities, boardwalk, etc.
This house was built in 2000. The wide driveway provides plenty of parking. The community is built around a golf course which provides a lot of open space and a quiet, resort feel. The kitchen is completely stocked with any items or appliances you might need. Come and enjoy the spaciousness and privacy that only a single-family home can provide!
