“Should have higher toilets & grab bars in tub area”

“Great stay! Helpful front staff. Just wish both water slides were working.”

“Awesome”

“Room was great. Lovely view! Bathroom lighting was poor so putting on makeup was challenging. The entrance to the hotel was not very clearly marked and there was not enough space for loading zone parking while checking in. Had to circle many times before finding a temporary spot.”

“Bathroom was renovated and room was very clean. We were aware of current renovations and were okay with that. Noise in the halls is easily heard in the rooms. Breakfast was great and staff was helpful.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“Hotel was in a great location. Amble free parking, breakfast wonderful and the breakfast staff very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Only minor complaint was the tiny hot tube, we could barely sit in it, not enough room for 4 adults. Could use a bigger one but I get the cost to one!!”

“滿意”

“All staff were very professional and helpful. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Quiet. Beautiful hotel. Accessed both the lounge and breakfast. All good!”
