"I am a canadian and it was my firts time in tokyo and i am so used to have a big room so when i saw the room i was so surprised because the room was so small no place for the suitcase but i must saw the room was very clean and they provide everything you need in the bathroom toothbrush toothpaste soap shampoo everything i was very surprised even pyjamas so yes over all i will absolutely recommend this place and also its walking distance from the attractions very nice place food was awsome too."

"Staff is a bit "cold" but helpful. Room is clean and feel well kept. Toilet is very nice and spacious with standing shower area and a bath tub. Apart from shower cap, amenities were quite complete. Most common amenities are in there and some less common amenities were available in the lobby, including bath salt and hair oil. WiFi was fast. Location is not bad. Very happy with the hotel."

"We had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku. The service was warm, polished, and genuinely thoughtful from the moment we arrived. The staff made everything seamless and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The beds were a little firm for our personal preference, but everything else about the room was comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal. Close to the energy of Shinjuku yet peaceful at night, making it a perfect retreat after busy days exploring Tokyo. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
