「This is a very cute place tucked away in Granite Bay. The neighborhood is very pretty with many beautiful homes under large Oak Trees and large rock outcroppings. Stephanie is an exceptional host making sure all our needs were meant.」

「New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.」

「Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.」

「Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!」

「Just as advertised in a nice neighborhood. Most suitable for one person. Once the murphy bed is pulled down not much room to move. Kitchen was great. Everything super clean. I really appreciated the towels! More than enough and good quality.」

「The host is an excellent communicator, which made the stay very pleasant. The property was well setup and was exactly as represented. There were 6 adults and one ten year old in the group.」

「The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.」
