“The room looked like it needed some work and updating. Had to call someone up to help me open the balcony door when I wanted some fresh air. It was heavy and stuck. The staff was nice to help me. However, I only chose the hotel because I was on a work trip and wanted access to a hot tub but when I arrived it was closed for construction. They did offer to shuttle me to a gym but I don’t want to go to the gym spa. I wanted to be able to go straight to my room and relax. Also, ordered food and it……
