I stayed here as a solo traveler on my last night before departing to the USA. It was perfect, stylish, and they upgraded me to a nicer room without asking for a thing. It’s very conveniently located to coffee, restaurants, and souvenir shopping.

On the hotel the website it says there is complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby around the clock but there is none. The pillows are super flat. The door lock was missing on our bathroom door and the hole was filled with tissue. The gentleman the front desk wasn't overly welcoming. I emailed them in February when I booked and asked when renovations were anticipated to be completed they said they should be done by the spring….they are still very far from finishing.
