"This is a 3 star hotel in. A good location. They did not provide water and basic customer service was lacking. It was clean but the view was all that I liked about this hotel. "

"Loved it! Beautiful, small and sweet with all the good amenities. The only thing that may put someone off is that there is no drink or food service at the pool and the bar in the hotel only opens at 4:30pm. It was not a problem for us but if you are looking for a day-drinking whilst lounging at the pool thing this may not be the place for you. But we LOVED it here and highly recommend!!!!!! "

"The facilities were a bit dated because it is a very old hotel but we loved the area and the staff was very helpful in regards to suggesting places to eat and things to see."

"SpringHill Suites Savannah was conveniently located if your goal is to walk throughout the squares. Our room was clean and spacious. Really liked that the shower/vanity and toilet/small sink were separate. The buffet breakfast was clutch. Much nicer than the usual fare offered in other hotels with free breakfast. Cons were $5 for a bottle of water. Complimentary water only for reward members. The concierge was delightful and knowledgeable, but seemed to be on the payroll of one of the tour operators. The tour was okay, but the buses were so crowded we were unable to board several after waiting for quite awhile. I would try the competitors tour. Parking at hotel $40 a night. A perfectly fine, safe garage right behind the hotel at half the price. One elevator was out of service our first two days. Several guests said it had been out of service for several days. "

"Great service and cleanliness. Even had cookies, coffee and itrus wateratcheck in. Nice breakfast with bacon, eggs and automatic pancake machine."
