I was upgraded to the deluxe room on 9/F with one double bed and one single bed so the room is very spacious. It is also clean, comfortable and quiet and well equipped with big flat screen tv (though channels such as NHK was available on the first night only). The swimming pool has a 180 degree view of the Sarawak river. It is not big but enough for swimming and relaxing. The buffet breakfast is very good with a variety of fruits, vegetables, eggs (steamed, scrambled and omlette),...

The stay overall is good and nice. The reception lady upgraded me to executive floor which is i'm grateful and thankful with. I would say it is better than Pullman.
I've been using Hotels.com for many times and each hotel would willing to print me the receipt when i checked out. Except Hilton which is i'm not really comfortable with.
otherwise, it's will be excellent.
