「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...

「Stay was great. It was clean and beds were comfy. Last minute booking so we were pleased with this hotel. Room was hot and had a musty smell at first. Temp was fine after turning on the AC. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was tubes for lazy river were mostly flat. Would definitely stay here again.」

「We just popped into town for an evening and I have to say of the many times I’ve been to Gatlinburg, being able to park your car and not worry about driving around and finding a place where you have to pay and Park was amazing! Our room was updated with the corner fireplaceand the bathroom was updated as well. 」

I wish there were more towels and washcloths. There were not enough. Overall the place was clean and plenty of room for us. The kids loved the games in their room.」

「Nice place, could use a little TLC here and there. Water pressure was super low however and the mattress did not allow us restful sleep as it needs to be replaced. Everything was clean and decent assortment of kitchen wares. Liked the pool table. Wish we could have watched a movie or two in the evenings but it always said must have subscription. Very limited on what to watch. The view out back was incredible even though it rained quite a bit. Overall a good stay though.」
