「I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at Bayview Hills Montenegro. From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. The following day, I raised the issue again, only to be met by a very rude manager who attempted to blame me for not reporting the problem sooner. Perdi horas sem saber o que fazer e pra onde ir com a minha mala. Eles deveriam ter um depósito. Sim, fala-se na descrição que a recepção não é 24 horas mas não tem avisos claros sobre a bagagem.
