"Great location! Customer service is a little dry, not too friendly. We stayed almost a week, and the entire time Only one elevator was working! The other one was broken before we got there and was still out of service when we left!! The waiting time for the ONE elevator was more than 30 minutes!!😱we had to take the stairs many times! There are several people from Eastern Europe working at front desk what weren’t too friendly and seemed bother when you asked something. Same thing with the one housekeeper lady from Eastern Europe, not helpful at all when requested amenities, towels or help. But the Spanish housekeepers, all were very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was small, bathroom small but clean. A/C was very noisy and didn’t stop. Also, we could hear every little noise from outside, like the windows were opened, but they were not! Breakfast was good."
