Fort Lauderdale Riverfront Marina Hotels

"The Riverside Hotel is a beautiful hotel that gave me Old Florida vibes. The staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived around 9am and for $35 were able to check into a room. There are bars and restaurants within the hotel as well as a few steps away on Las Olas. We walked along the River Walk which was beautiful as well. We used the pool which was nice. There’s plenty of shade for those that don’t want to be in the sun. We had a corner room with a spacious balcony where we could watch people and yachts on the New River. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Main restaurant only open in weekends. Very few bikes and none available for duration of stay. Stained and sticky floors in room. Movie channels not working, broken outlets and chargers. Water in pool not refilled during peak heat of the day. "

"Spectacular spacious 1BR apartment with river view. There is also an entire floor with a pool and 4 hot tubs and beautiful fitness facilities. The location is right on riverwalk with all the restaurants, water taxi etc.. Wonderful."

"I checked in with my sister, went to the room and it was a king bed. Returned to the desk as I had booked 2 queens. I was told I was wrong and there were no other rooms available. I showed my receipt from expedia to prove my reservation and still was offered no apology or change of rooms. Clerk was very dismissive."

"Shower was very dirty. Light bulb in light wouldn’t stop flashing had to turn it off. Small window wouldn’t fully shut so we heard train and cars racing all night long. Went to bar to get dinner and drinks. Bar tender was very rude. They close at 9 but turned all the lights off at 8:50 and told everyone to hurry up and get out. "

"The virtual staff were nice enough but I was not comfortable with the level of cleanliness of our room. I took the reservation because of the 9 & 10 star reviews and the affordable price but the hotel was not at all 9 & 10 stars. Was uncomfortably adequate. I would not stay there again."

"This is not a comfortable property. Furniture was uncomfortable with no real places to sit, eat or work at. Pool was small, dirty and with no jacuzzi. Property is actually over a mile away from Las Olas and is not in a great area. It’s obvious that this little 300 SF unit was remodeled to be a VRBO, but it lacks appeal. The owners do communicate well and are helpful."
