「6명 남자들 여행와서 너무 편하고 즐거은 여행하고 갑니다. 조식도 훌룡하고 방컨디션도 좋고 청소도 너무 잘되어있어요 시내까지 거리는 조금 있지만 그랩타면 전혀문제되지 않아요 호스트 릴리도 너무 친절했어요 나중에 재방문의사 있습니다」

「Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...

「去過很多國家, 越南也去過好幾個城市, 有時住頂級國際品牌的酒店, 今次這酒店的服務可算是住過的酒店中最好的5% 夜機到一連住5晚, 客房被免費升級了。到了第三晚有痾嘔的情況, 職員帶了醫護上來幫忙, 到準備離開的一天, 其中一個職員認得還加以慰問。後來到CHECK-OUT時, 要我們等候5分鐘, 原來職員上房查看, 發現我遺留了耳機, 於是我們上房取回! 很多細節都讓我們驚訝酒店的服務。 硬件來說, 過一條馬路就到海灘, 附近也有很好評分的餐廳。推介!」

「Very friendly and helpful host. Washing machine was not working , but the staff offered to do the laundry for us. Quick response to the questions as well. Our stayed was very pleasant. Th3 beach is across the road. We are able to catch sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommended.」
