“The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”

“Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

“Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.”

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. “Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. “We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! ”
