"I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Boston. The room was clean, comfortable, and it was quiet along the hallway. Checking in and out was very quick and straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only “issues” I encountered were that the thermostat didn’t stay at the temperature that it was set on, and the sliding door to the bathroom got stuck closed a couple of times. I do think the thermostat not staying at the desired temperature was user error, as I was not confident when changing the settings. The “stuck” bathroom door opened if the door was slid all the way to the end of the track, then slid open again. I could see someone not thinking of this in the moment and panicking a bit, so I did report that incident to the front desk to give them a heads up. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back for a future trip to Boston. "

"Lovely, boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. There are seversl dining options nearby. Yes, the T runs right behind the building but it was not really noisy, just a whosh and its gone. My room was the closest, a corner room with 3 windows. Didn't notice it during the night. While I understand parking in Boston is at a premium, I felt that $45 a night was a bit much. I would stay again."
