"We knew it was off season, but we didn’t think the hotel would be run down. We were hoping to use the pool and hot tub. We got a notice two days before coming that it would be closed the first two days we were there. However, when we inquired on Monday, we were told it was still closed. The other surprise was the window and door to the balcony in our room are in disrepair. The seals on both are non-existent. Air flows freely through them when they’re closed and the door doesn’t lock. We were on the second floor, but I still felt like the door should lock and I shouldn’t be able to feel air coming through the windows and door. Thank goodness we had mild temps. "

"Nestled in downtown Lake Geneva, this place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, ample size living spaces and the decor was out of this world! Terms of location, is walking distance from all beach attractions. Host was very attentive and thorough with all necessary details the stay. Our family loved it "

"We stayed in the Garden sweet for the weekend. Place was very clean, and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the lake. The only downside was it took forever for the water to warm up and the shower water pressure was not great. Fine if you don't have a lot of hair but I do. Not a huge deal but I like a dark bedroom to sleep in and they had sheer curtains and there was a street light that would shine through at night. All and all a lovely place to stay."
