“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Stayed 8-1-2026. The location is great with an awesome view of Lake Geneva. The outside of the property looks very nice and well maintained however don’t be deceived by the pictures you may find on these sites. This property needs a full overhaul of all its rooms. We checked in and the AC was shut off so the room was 85 when we walked in. They only have an ac wall unit on one side of the unit so it’s only cold on that side of it if it stays running for the day. The opposite end of the unit where……

“The hotel has a nice pool area and a laundry facility, although we didn’t use it. Our room was pretty clean but was very musty smelling. All of the furniture seemed to be a little beat up. Breakfast options did not vary during our four night stay.”

“We got to hotel at 3:05 pm and had to wait for some to show up (a sign was up stating "out for 15 minutes".)a reception person came at 3:30pm. A kinda weird start. I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt. “I was staying for one night. I drove 8 hours from Ohio so I would be there to pick up my kid from camp the next day. When I arrived, they could not check me in because the system was down. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, Jeff manually checked me in. Jeff was great. However the experience was still frustrating. At check-out, they couldn't check me out so now I have no idea how much they are going to charge me. I am going to be incredibly disappointed if I get charged full price.”

“We unfortunately had a terrible first impression. They were clearly over capacity from the weekend and under staffed. We checked in 6/28 - had to wait over 30 minutes for our room which was not properly cleaned. After complaining we were moved to another room which was not what we reserved but “no other availability”. After asking if that was ready and being told it was double inspected.
