“We unfortunately had a terrible first impression. They were clearly over capacity from the weekend and under staffed. We checked in 6/28 - had to wait over 30 minutes for our room which was not properly cleaned. After complaining we were moved to another room which was not what we reserved but “no other availability”. After asking if that was ready and being told it was double inspected. We found an old ranch cup in plain sight. Our third and final room was up to standards and I honestly would……

“I was staying for one night. I drove 8 hours from Ohio so I would be there to pick up my kid from camp the next day. When I arrived, they could not check me in because the system was down. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, Jeff manually checked me in. Jeff was great. However the experience was still frustrating. At check-out, they couldn't check me out so now I have no idea how much they are going to charge me. I am going to be incredibly disappointed if I get charged full price.”

“My issue was that I booked this hotel for five people and when I arrived, the room was only big enough for four and not big enough to add a cot. When I brought this up, I was told I could get the adjoining room to make it work and to contact Expedia about the situation to get a refund so after my trip, I contact Expedia to get the refund which requires the hotels approval. The hotel denies the approval. So in the end, the hotel got me to pay for two separate rooms telling me I’d get a refund for……

“Stayed 8-1-2026. The location is great with an awesome view of Lake Geneva. The outside of the property looks very nice and well maintained however don’t be deceived by the pictures you may find on these sites. This property needs a full overhaul of all its rooms. We checked in and the AC was shut off so the room was 85 when we walked in. They only have an ac wall unit on one side of the unit so it’s only cold on that side of it if it stays running for the day. The opposite end of the unit where……
