「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable.
The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.」

「Staff was so rude, especially the Supervisor. We tried to extend the night. They checked us out and we paid the resort fee twice and they put it on Expedia. They said it’s more cheapap if you don’t do it through Expedia for the first night kids only played two hours for $300. We tried to extend the night so they can play one that’s what happened. We checked us out no 50% not 25. Nothing like the commercial I always go every year but this year was horrible. They don’t even have water bottle in...
