“The rooms were clean and the view from our room were just average, especially since it’s still winter/early spring. We had a lot of issues with our stay and the staff were nice about it, but ultimately useless with actually solving the biggest problem I had.
This is one of many poor situations I’ve encountered while staying here. It seems like it’s getting progressively worse as the years pass. I probably won’t be back. ”

“This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. ”
