"We had a blast at the family selection pool with the service of Maria and Lizbeth. The beach bar had great premium service. The areas are massive so be prepared to walk. Lots of shuttles are available though. Food was excellent at every restaurant we went to (Italian, Steakhouse, Bamboo, The Nest, French @ TRS). "

"we have stayed several places in Riviera Maya, and throughout Mexican top tourist spots… I was seriously disappointed with our stay here. In my opinion, it fell far short of the other resorts in dining, the notorious, Mexican hospitality, and they truly never went out of their way once to make our accommodations memorable. We were promised things when we checked in, that were not taken care of. I would not stay here again, with all of the competition in the area… This resort needs to step up their game."

"Yoga class with Ronaldo was a highlight and excellent. Swim up bar was wonderful, beach and water beautiful. Loud music til 11pm we could hear from our room kept me up at night. "
