Sparta is a special little town and Allegheny inn is no exception.quaint little motels and inns suit us well and this one is the best! Very clean and great service. Friendly staff and convenient to town... Or the surround natural areas for hiking or canoeing the New river. Love the town events as well. Pie eating contest day is coming up. What a hoot! Can't find that in the big tourist spots I'll bet! "

"Great view, kitchen & bathrooms have every basic need you'll need ( even had sticks for cooking marshmallows over a fire). Snack station was appreciated. Firepit & firewood was used for smores making. I could've spent all day on the deck listening to the birds. Owner was very diligent during our stay. So much detail went into this home. Only thing was the coffee machine; it had the coffee pot & k-cup components but the k-cup part didn't work. Additionally, coffee machine needed a thorough...

"I arrived at dusk and the fairy lights were on, the interior was lit and there was classical music playing! Everything inside was well-thought out and cosy and the view across the mountains from inside, as well as from the porch, was spectacular. "We had wanted a nice private cabin in the Yadkin Valley area and this place is great! We had stayed at one of the other cabins here previously and enjoyed this stay at cabin #2 very much. The host is very responsive to any request you make. Cabin was very clean and decently stocked with simple necessities. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends."
