“Plenty of parking ( large car park round the back). Staff very helpful , bar and bear good, room good size, clean ,but carpet and decoration a little tired. Also fire doors in the corridors slammed. Also fan in bathroom did not work,reported to hotel.”

“The staff were lovely and the food was great. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was wonderful and clean but the room was far too hot because it was next to the main working fireplace of the hotel. We had to have the window open the whole time to cool down, (but didn’t make too much difference in temperature) and then smoke from the chimney came into the room.”
