“Breakfast is made off the property and was not enjoyable , like no butter with toast no syrup with pancakes no salt and pepper for eggs and coffee and tea not to the mark had to make it my self .”

I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, soft pillows, and fresh-smelling linen, which made the stay feel very welcoming. “Starlight Chalet is a very nice, well maintained classic building with beautiful landscaping. The view is wonderful, especially from upstairs and from the gazebo. The food was very good (but perhaps a bit expensive). The beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean and well-maintained. There is no AC, but the temperature at 3500' was much cooler than in the adjacent lowlands so AC was not essential. We went on several birding excursions and found lots of good birds. If you go,……

“Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but……

“The AC excellent, yes parking was allowed. Great location easy access to transportation. The security guards were always present and make me feel staff. I loved the privacy at Pulse.”

“We arrived at the location after our check-in time we were unable to gain access to the property as the phone number that was listed on the gate did not work and got no answer. The caretaker on the property had no idea we were coming and could not help us. It took several hours for us to gain any information so we’re unable to get onto the property. The exterior of the property does not look anything like its pictures so we could only imagine what the inside looked like. My friend and I were in……

“This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!”
