“Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm. Only thing was that i checked……

“The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

What stands out the most is the staff – without a doubt the best we’ve ever experienced. Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming in a way that really makes a difference. The location is excellent. It’s close to Rodney Bay and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. There is a slight drawback with the nearby bay when the water is still, as it can cause a bit of odor,……

“This resort checks a lot of our boxes: quiet, adult only, beautiful grounds, lovely room, good bed, great beach, plenty of towels, comfortable beach chairs, reasonable food. The food is expensive, and there are tour boats that come into the beach all day every day. Most of them are fairly quiet but you do end up sharing the beach and sea with children. There are also sand flies and I got badly bitten - I am still suffering a week after returning home. The restaurant service is erratic - the wait……
