Spacious studio located on the second floor of a quiet condominium in the historic center of Rome, in the heart of Rione Esquilino.
The lovely apartment consists of living room with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The internal views guarantee a private and comfortable atmosphere.The rooms, equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, flat screen TV and wi-fi, are designed to comfortably accommodate two guests. The modern kitchenette is complete with accessories, utensils, dishes and appliances: oven, stove and refrigerator. Supplied to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods.There are also washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kit towels and toiletries.
The apartment "il Mattoncino" is a cozy accommodation recently renovated, located in the heart of Rione Esquilino a few steps from the main tourist attractions such as the Colosseum, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The apartment is well connected: just 50 meters away is the station "Vittorio Emanuele" metro line A and 800 m the main railway station of the city, "Roma Termini". The area is equipped with all essential services ( supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and post offices) and full of shops, bars, cafes, trattorias and restaurants of excellent quality. The adjacent Piazza Dante is a meeting place for the Romans of the neighborhood, from breakfast to after dinner. Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, with its recently renovated gardens, is the multi-ethnic heart of the city, where you can enjoy the best of international street food or have an aperitif under its historic arcades.
