“We arrived late from the via train (4am and heavily delayed). The hotel accommodated us and were so helpful. We wanted to extend our stay and the hotel facilitated this with no problems whatsoever. Front desk staff were amazing. Sometimes vagrants wander into the hotel but the security is usually on the ball and sort the issue out. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Although the facilities were clean, there were three small issues. First, a Bell like sound every three or four seconds that was more or less constant. The noise was eminating from the hot water heating system. Second, the mattress was too soft for the spine. This is a distinct problem with pocket coil mattresses that even with just a few years service. Third, there as maintenance worker operating a loud gas-powered blower for snow removal at a property immediately behind the motel. ……

“Clean rooms, hotel is well maintained . Close to lots of shopping. The buffet breakfast is a nice perk. Coffee is much better than in the room. ”

“Bare basic stay - room was clean. You had to walk through a plume of smokers to the enter the lobby. Only one of two elevators working- heat was at 30°C in the room and wasn’t turned down after requesting it to be lowered- they said it’s on a central system. ”
