“Room ( i was in No 2 ) was in good decorative order . However there was a Green light permanently on all night by the door that could not be covered / turned off . Additionally when the Water Tank in the bathroom decided to replenish ( quite randomly - not after use ) it sounded like a Helicopter taking off . Very loud , and not conducive to a good nights sleep . ”

“On arrival room felt cold was told they would increase the heat, no difference, half radiator was cold so suggested it needed bleeding. We had to sit woth coats on. They couldnt locate key and was advised they would look for this and deal with it. No update provided. On checkout nobody about to speak to. Radiator still cold room cold. Dined in restaurant. I chose venison casserole however was then told they didnt have the vegetables as advertised and it would come with peas. I had also……

“Bridges B&B run by a lovely couple in a lovely house renting a lovely room had a lovely take away pizza delivered to the lovely local pub then back to my lovely room where I slept soundly in a lovely bed then a lovely shower and in the morning a lovely breakfast it was all just... lovely ”

“This tiny Inn is definitely worth a visit! The new owners were very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and very clean. The history of the building meant that the bar is tiny, but very welcoming - we spent a great evening drinking and chatting with locals. No food available on the first night, but the owners were happy to recommend and book somewhere for us to eat. Their kitchen was open the second night and the quality was excellent.
