The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. "10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime."

"My son’s wedding was at Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood, just 10 minutes from the house. This house was immaculate. It was perfect because we were so close to the venue. Lisa was fabulous. If I needed anything she gave me her number so I could contact her directly. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even for a girls night and check out all the wineries and breweries near by. " First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. My husband and I both had trouble...

"Nice place to stay.. just doesn't cool off to well in the evenings, lack of cutlery for the kitchen, the amazon fire stick in the livingroom didn't work at all. Aside from that.. it was a nice little weekend away and we enjoyed ourselves."
