We called and messaged multiple times (at least 20 calls) and didn’t get a response for about 45 minutes. 「The cabin was great! It was perfect for our Hill Country getaway. Very close to Pedernales State Park which made it even better. Great place to enjoy some time away from the big city.」

「This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.」

Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasn’t useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadn’t been used in a while.
