「What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again.」

「Amazing resort! Not sure where to start….literally everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, the resort was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the food was good and prices were very reasonable. We ate at the restaurant daily - beyond the free breakfast - and had champagne and beer delivered to our villa (enjoying it by our private pool) and it didn’t break the budget. We’ve gone to a lot of wonderful places but this is one we’ll go to again, and again, and again.」

「空港での出迎えの際に冷たい水とタオルを出してくれて感激したのをはじめとして、終始スタッフの方の丁寧な対応が素晴らしかったです。古い建物と調度品がバリの伝統的な雰囲気を醸し出して思っていた以上に良い滞在となりました。近所のスーパーや食堂も紹介してくれて、観光地だけでなく地元感の味わえる立地です。」

「the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry. 」

「The garden is nice and staff are friendly however can only handle basic English and may not be able to provide assistance on basic travel info. Arrived in the evening, I asked the staff if any place for nice restaurant and money exchange, she is not certain about the opening hour of the money exchange and she thought it was closed already by 7pm and not sure for places for food. End up the money change shop closed at 10pm. Also when I first checked in the place, they had no record of my...
