"We had a lovely stay near Camden and Kentish Town. The room was clean, well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable, which made our stay relaxing. The property is on the second floor, and the bathroom is located outside the room, but it was easy to manage. It also has a full running kitchen which was amazing. The location is fantastic—close to great food options, markets, and transport links. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking to explore the area."

"I will start by saying that customer service offered to cancel our stay. We chose to stay despite being unhappy due to our short time in London - check-in was confusing, the pub/tavern was not terribly clean -we found dog poo along the walkway. The remote checkin support person did not know we needed two different codes to enter the building - this was not a hotel! An unmarked building with individual apartments.
