“The team at the desk were awesome! Noisy at night and across from the ice machine so until around 11 pm people were getting ice. Sounded like a pellet gun. Minor incidents so will definitely visit again with a room down the hall from the ice machine.”

“The hotel itself was clean and offered a great view of the Hollywood Casino. Carlos, our tour guide and transportation provider, was excellent—super friendly, helpful, and reliable. He truly made the experience a thousand times better. My biggest disappointment was not having access to the rooftop due to a private event. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance so I could’ve been prepared. Overall, I’d still give it 5 stars, but I recommend giving guests a heads-up if……
