"On arrival all staff were showing great excitement which my wife was not aware of what was in store for her. The room was perfectly set for her birthday. It showed the staff (Viv) went above & beyond to decorate the room that brought joy to my wife on her birthday. Thanks to all the team and management for welcome us with such a fantastic experience. "Arrived late and left after breakfast but everything was as expected. Check in and out was pleasant. Bathroom is nice. Pleased to find a gluten free section with separate toaster and even nice muffins etc. Makes life easier for those of us who are gf."
