「員工十分有禮貌，服務亦盡責！但酒店旁邊有一所會所由早上八點已大聲放音樂，很吵！酒店的洗手間比較舊，浴缸發黃！ 這個價錢性價比真是不高！」

「I had a lovely stay at Sabana Ubud. The property is well kept, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. As a solo female traveller, I’d happily recommend it to others travelling on their own. The food was good, with a varied menu offering something to suit different tastes.」

「My stay at Purana Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The property itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Not once did I notice any odors or critters, which made the space feel even more relaxing and comfortable. One of my favorite little touches was the welcome drink. It was so good that it quickly became my go-to drink during my stay. The spa experience was...

「房間很寬敞，還有浴缸可以泡澡很舒適，服務人員很友善，不太滿意的部分是，在洗手台發現一隻蟑螂，也許是外面環境的關係，但還是希望室內可以盡量維持整潔」

「We stayed in the one bedroom villa with private pool and rice field view, which was amazing. Our room had rice fields all around it, and we could enjoy the sunset over the fields. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We couldn’t fault them. The included breakfast tasted wonderful, with plenty of options. We also ate and drank and the restaurant and was some of the best food we had in Ubud. Our pool was a great size, and lovely to be able to sit outside and cool down in our own...

「This "Yangloni" is our favorite Resort Hotel! The service of the staff is really considerate. They will care about what the guests need, and then try their best to provide assistance. For example, although the menu of the restaurant has been updated, sometimes, when the guests miss the old taste of the meal, the chef of the restaurant is also willing to accept customized orders. The point is that it is very delicious. Taste! In addition, whether the whole park or the guest rooms are very clean,...

「早餐好吃、服務親切。但第一晚住宿晚上居然房間有老鼠在爬，太可怕的經驗！服務人員隔天換房態度佳但整晚睡不好。villa感覺有點舊」

「Excellent séjour ! Lieu et personnel incroyable ! Nous recommandons ! 🙂」

「Our expectations were quite high after reading the other reviews. Although the villa wasn’t as clean or as luxurious as we had expected, it still offered good value for money. The location was convenient, with several good restaurants nearby (please go to Wedja restaurant, it’s amazing!), and communication with the host was always easy and responsive. Overall, a reasonable choice for the price.」

「Love the staff at this hotel!」

「好像沒有每天幫客人換毛巾，另外樓上的馬桶要等一段時間才能沖第二次」

「We had a lovely two day stay here! Very nice rooms, quiet, and extra services, such as massage and free shuttle to Ubud city center. Very good breakfast and we were even able to take the breakfast to go on our last day as we were leaving early. Would stay here again and recommend to friends! 」
