"The hotel itself was in a great location, right next to a mixture of food outlets. The rooms were spacious and the beds quite comfortable however the level of grime and uncleanliness was disappointing. It was more than just a bad clean that day, it was ingrained dirt, mould, build up and a complete lack of basic hygiene."

"Great location, lovely refurbished room and really comfy bed, bar area is cosy and a good environment to chill with a cocktail, spa area looks very relaxing, although we didnt get to use it this time we will definitely be back to use it next time, everything was up to date and modern. Look forward to visiting again soon."

"The hotel was an excellent choice to spend a night before an early flight the following day. Hotel rooms clean and modern. It would have been nice to have added some biscuits to the complimentary tea and coffee. Checking in and out was a very smooth experience. The restaurant inside the hotel did take too long to serve our meal we waited 35 minutes. "

"Ideally located for flights from Gatwick North Terminal. We only stayed the one night before an early morning flight but it was perfect for what we needed. Closely connected to both the mid-stay car park and the terminal building"

"The room was spacious but very drab, bathroom wasn’t cleaned especially the toilet from the previous guests. Shower lacked any type of power and the cold tap on the sink didn’t work. Parking was the only thing that made me give this review 2 stars, as we managed to park directly adjacent to the room since we came by motorbike. Expedia provides an option to pay for breakfast as an extra, however the hotel DO NOT do breakfast - we had to communicate with reception this dispute and Expedia directly to resolve the issue."
