“Buon pomeriggio, vorrei segnalare l'ottima location ma sto ancora aspettando di ricevere indietro un oggetto di grande valore affettivo. Mi è stato comunicato di averlo ritrovato ma ho chiesto più e più volte di riaverlo indietro a mie spese senza esito. Trovo questo comportamento inaccettabile e vorrei una risposta in merito. Si tratta di un oggetto di piccole dimensioni e vorrei una risposta in merito alla spedizione.”

“I can see why they would want you to pay in advance without the ability to get a refund because in the pictures everything looks so good. I know we chose to come down to Tulum at a time seasonally that is not the best: there is seaweed all over the beaches but the smell at this location was so bad that being outside was not an option. Enjoying the beach was not an option. The front of the hotel matches the pictures however pulling up to the hotel from outside, no parking. There was graffiti……

“The room was wonderful and cleaned very well daily. The staff was very helpful and the property was beautiful. There was a lot of sargassum on the beach which they occasionally cleaned but that is nature.”

“SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.”

“The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find……

“The rooms were clean and beautiful, the design was very Zen and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the staff were ready to help at a moments notice, the food was incredible, with so many options, and service so fast, the beach and sand was awesome although we were there in the seaweed season, the heated plunge pool in our balcony was wonderful, and the location was perfect”

“The property is gorgeous and housekeeping was on point every single day. Big shoutout to Angel, Giovanny, and Blanca — they were genuinely great and made the trip feel special. I had arranged a birthday decoration setup for my boyfriend prior to arrival and it was beautifully done — and housekeeping kept it maintained throughout the rest of our stay. We had complimentary breakfast every morning which was a great perk — always fresh and a nice way to start the day. Food overall is on the……

“The place was very cute and right in the beach. The staff was amazing, the accommodations were amazing for my stay. The only hiccup for me was the lack of hot water. I took cold showers most days.”
