A very nice place, away from the hustle and bustle of typical holiday accommodations

Perfect for people and families who want to experience the true atmosphere of Mallorca rather than a tourist resort. There are many restaurants and cafés in the area. Everything is close by.

Great apartment for a private stay in Mallorca

One of the rooms is located right at a (at least on weekends) busy street. The rest of the apartment is quite quiet. The tree bathrooms are great. The couch is comfy and there is a lot of pans to be also able to cook. The garage is located near the apartment, however, it is important to have a small car, else it won't have enough space in its parking space.

Perfect apartment!

From easy communication and immediate feedback and flexible check out time by the host we were just blown away by the apartment. The beautiful pictures don't even give full justice! Everything was spot on clean, each room was well designed and thought through regarding amenities, essentials, decoration. Parking is around two corners, downtown with reataurants, cafes and supermarket are 100m away from the apartment. 100% recommend, we loved it here. Maybe not the best spot with small kids as the stairs are steep, but overall just a wonderful apartment!

Propre, grande, belle… L’emplacement est idéal dans la ville (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, supermarché, bar & restaurant etc… + parking) et sur l’île (rien n’est jamais bien loin) Excellent !!

Nice stay in a modern house

Spacious and modern great lounge and upper terrace with a distant view of the beautiful mountains and very close to the main square in sa pobla. The only problem we had was with our tv instructions being in German courtesy of a previous guest but our host came immediately and sorted it out for us.

Schöne Unterkunft im ruhigen Ort

Wir waren zu dritt für ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft. Alles wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön. Nur etwas mehr Handtücher hätten wir uns gewünscht und die Klimageräte müssten mal gereinigt werden, da diese von innen sehr verdreckt sind. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Da wir die Vormittage jeweils remote gearbeitet haben, war eine stabile und schnelle Internetverbindung wichtig. Wir haben die Information zum WLAN im Vorfeld erhalten und es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut um alles auf der Insel schnell zu erreichen, allerdings ist hier ein Mietwagen Pflicht. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht viel zu tun, dafür ist es recht ruhig. Ein Garagenstellplatz wird mitvermietet, mit einem großen Auto (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) ist allerdings Fingerspitzengefühl gefragt, da die Garage sehr eng und voll ist und der Stellplatz der letzte in der hintersten Ecke ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief immer schnell und freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Hervorragend

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar in einem kleinen Ort. Jedoch sind alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten der Insel super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat selbst uns als begeisterte Hobbyköche Nichts vermissen lassen. Die Treppen im gesamten Haus sind sehr steil. Für einen sicheren Auf- und Abgang hätten wir uns einen Handlauf gewünscht. Die Dachterrasse mit Grill konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil wir nur Vormittags Sonne gehabt hätten und es abends aufgrund unserer Reisezeit - 21.12. bis 04.01. - zu kalt gewesen wäre. Im Sommer sicherlich ein Top-Spot.

Bonnes vacances en famille aux Baléares

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Sa Pobla qui est une petite ville très typique et vivante des animations tous les soir. L'appartement est juste à côté de la place principale, mais très calme. Superbe déco, très bien équipé et climatisé. Il y a une place de parking couverte à proximité. Idéal pour rayonner sur Majorque
