"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. "Best service at all. The names of each one of the staff members at the Lobby and reception, at the breakfast buffet, rooms, bell rings and bag support are endless. We traveled in family for pleasure with our senior mother and th team was very supportive with her! I don’t really have words to describe the high level devotion for customer service. The location and rooms, amenities and the buildings are exquisite. The restaurants inside the hotel all included even on the last Michelilin Star or awarded as well. I would like to write all the people that approached us for thousands of details but it’s impossible: Emeric, Pankaj, June, Gloria, Marie, Rizwan, Ana, Dana, Mohamed Salelh, Jitendra, Mandip and many more we jus WANT TO SAY THANKS. "Everything was great. Breakfast options were incredible… so many choices and everything was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Rooms were good size, super clean and beds extra comfy. Location was great, yas express bus to theme parks was clean, always on time and air conditioned. Couldn’t fault the stay - it was perfect."
